【产品概述】
采用健康兔血液为原料，经无菌采集、分离、微孔过滤后而成，性状为澄清液体，无噬菌体、超低内毒素，无溶血无异物无细菌真菌支原体霉形体衣原体等，适用于试验室或生化科研相关试验，满足不同科研实验的多种需求。

根据具体实验来使用。

【常见问题】
Q:正常情况下，融化后血清的外观颜色应该是？
血清为动物来源，成分复杂，不同批次间会存在一些外观上的差别。一般情况下，它们的颜色可能是金黄色、红色、琥珀棕色或者是介于三者之间。
Q:血清应如何保存？
未拆封的血清应存放于-15至-20℃，避免反复冻融。拆封后的血清应无菌分装成一次的用量并存放于-15至-20℃，在产品质量证书标识的效期内均可使用。2-8℃溶解后建议尽快使用。
Q:血清应如何融解？
从冰箱中取出血清，放于2-8℃融化，融化过程中不时旋转（swirling mix）混匀。充分融解后分装或平衡到室温后使用。
Q:为什么有时血清中出现絮状沉淀？是否需要去除？如何去除？
多种原因可能导致絮状沉淀的形成，最常见的原因之一是融化过程中，脂蛋白聚集所致。该现象一般不会影响产品质量�？梢�400g离心5分钟，取上清，然后过滤。根据需要选择合适的滤膜孔径，一般最常用的是0.22um PES材质的滤膜。为避免滤膜阻塞，建议离心后取上清加入培养基内一起过滤而不是直接过滤血清。
Q:为什么存放于冰箱中的血清会出现沉淀？如何避免该现象？
在2-8℃条件下存放，血清中的多种蛋白或脂蛋白会形成肉眼可见的沉淀，如血纤蛋白（fibrin），单体时处于溶解状态，在冻融过程中会发生聚集，形成肉眼可见的沉淀。但该现象一般不会影响血清的性能�？梢�400g离心5分钟，取上清，然后过滤。根据需要选择合适的滤膜孔径，一般最常用的是0.22um PES材质的滤膜。为避免滤膜阻塞，建议离心后取上清加入培养基内一起过滤而不是直接过滤血清。为尽量避免出现上述现象，建议血清分装成一次性用量存于-15°至-20℃冰箱，避免反复冻融和融化后的血清在2-8℃条件下长时间放置。
Q:血清是否需要做灭活处理？
这取决于您的应用。
灭活过程中，会导致血清中某些成分被破坏，如氨基酸，维生素，生长因子等。所以只有在您的实验对血清有特殊要求时，才会考虑对血清进行灭活处理。如您的实验对血清中的某种组分敏感，需要去除该组分。最常见的情况是需要去除血清中的补体蛋白，因为补体在机体中参与细胞杀伤，巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞活化，肥大细胞和血小板组胺释放，平滑肌收缩等过程，所以一般在免疫学相关研究中及肌细胞和干细胞的培养过程中需要对血清进行灭活处理。
Q:如何进行血清灭活处理？
血清请先按上述“血清应如何融解”中的操作步骤融化和混匀，热灭活时请将血清置于56℃水浴30分钟。为尽量减少热灭活对血清品质的影响，一次灭活的血清体积不宜过大。最好准备同样的容器装相等体积的水（与血清相同温度），灭活时将装有血清和水的容器同时放入56℃水浴,在装水的容器中放置温度计，加热过程中不时轻轻旋转混匀血清，当温度计显示达到56℃左右，开始计时。56℃水浴后，建议马上转移到冰上降温。
